  • Wait for request to be reviewed and approved. Answer any additional questions

  • Fill out contracts and email title

  • Get your deal funded. All funds sent directly to and from escrow

  • Ensure deal stays within inspection period until end buyer submits EMD or Funding

  • Communicate with us until closing

Double Close

  • Submit Request with all required information

  • Wait for request to be reviewed and approved

  • Title supplies the A to B HUD

  • Title supplies B to C HUD to be approved by all parties

  • Funds will be sent to escrow once B to C HUD is finalized

Morby Method / Seller Subordinate

  • Submit Request with all required information with Promissory Note attached to Purchase Agreement

  • Wait for request to be reviewed and approved

  • Title supplies the A to B HUD

  • Title supplies B to C HUD to be approved by all parties

  • Funds will be sent to escrow once B to C HUD is finalized and approved
